Another Baby

We had another momma cow that was supposed to deliver in Dec/Jan. She was still in the back pasture with all the other cows. Grandpa and I planned on bringing her up front so we could keep an eye on her until she delivered. We didnt get the chance. Yesterday was a beautiful day so I thought I'd try a little fishing. I got down there and decided I'd rather sit and just watch the cows, I find them very entertaining. After about 30 minutes I realized the one that was gonna have a baby was nowhere to be seen. I dont like going over there without Grandpa, there are 20 or so BIG cows / 2 of them being even bigger bulls. There friendly enuff but dont know how big they are when they surround the golf cart. I rode all over looking for her, finally I found her way back in the back in the woods, AND she had a baby by her side. A cute lil red one with an all white face. She stayed in woods so it was hard for me to get a good look, but I'll go back today and see if I can get some pictures. I sure do love those babies.
