Grandpa likes to name the cows after people he knows, do any of you want an animal named after you???? We've named our new little heifer, BK, after a friend of ours. The names are always subject to change if they show a certain characteristic or trait eg. Big red, broke leg, meaness. Our new little one gives us 73 head of cattle. Its hard keeping tract of them all though. I try to know what pen their in (so we can make sure none are missing), tag numbers, when we bought them, when the momma cows are due. Its really alot of work, but fun work, cause I get to go out and be with them. Here are some better pictures of BK I took this morning.
