We have kittens, and more kittens.

Mamma kitty had kittens about a month ago. Gpa and I came home one night, and I said to him, what is that on the porch over there. I thought it was a rat, and I don't like RATS!!!! I was wrong, it was a newborn kitten. Mamma must have had it on the porch then left to deliver the rest. What to do with it? Nothing Gpa says, nothing we can do. We left it on the porch hoping momma kitty would come back and get it. It was gone in the morning.

After a few days we saw momma coming from the barn out in the front yard. We figured thats where she had them. She would come / go / come / go. She's a good momma.

Three days ago I saw a kitten come out from under the porch. I took them out some moist cat food, it was all I had. I set it down and called "here kitty kitty". It took a few times but eventually they came out from under the porch. They just kept coming and coming. There are NINE of them. 5 tiger kittens, 2 black / white, and 2 calico looking ones. There are 2 very small tiger kittens, probably half the size of the others. Very, very tiny little things, but they were the first to come out. Probably the hungeriest.

I've been feeding them for about 5 days now, and I have yet to see momma kitty. I don't think she'll be back after 5 days. That makes me sad, I liked her. So now I am momma to 9 kittens. They come out to eat and play. Kenny brings me milk from the dairy, and they love it. I wish I could give Lane some of these kittens, they are so tame. I hold them and pet them, and they just purrrrrrrrrr. I take turns picking them up and cuddling with them 2-3 times a day. Some like it, some dont lol.

I have named a few of them, there is "Peanut, Sweetpea, Boots, Punkin. Thats only 4, any name suggestions???? Enjoy the pictures.
